Key Responsibilities
- Identify and target potential clients for AMC and modernization services in assigned regions.
- Develop and present maintenance solutions tailored to customer requirements (preventive/corrective maintenance).
- Conduct site surveys and gather necessary technical details for proposal preparation.
- Prepare and submit quotations, negotiate pricing, and finalize AMC agreements.
- Follow up on renewals of existing AMC contracts to ensure contract continuity.
- Coordinate with service and technical teams for site evaluations and customer support.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure high customer retention.
- Track market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs for strategic planning.
- Ensure timely documentation, contract signing, billing, and payment collection.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets as defined by management.
- Maintain accurate sales records, CRM entries, and regular reporting to management.
Qualification & Skills Required
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or related field (preferred)
- MBA in Sales / Marketing (Preferred for advanced commercial and client management skills).
- Minimum 0-1 years of sales experience in the elevator or similar technical maintenance industry.
- Strong understanding of elevator maintenance services & standards.
- Proven negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to interpret technical requirements and provide suitable service solutions.
