About the Role

As a Sales Executive – English (Hair Coach Process), you will serve as a trusted guide for individuals seeking to understand and enhance their hair health. • Follow up regularly to ensure conversion and customer satisfaction.
• Utilize CRM tools to track interactions, manage follow-ups, and optimize funnel efficiency.
• Work closely with nutritionists, product experts, and doctors when required to assist customers.

Job Requirements

Experience, education and skills you need to excel as a sales executive in Hair Coach process in Mumbai

• Experience: 0 months to 2 years in sales in a contact center environment.
• Education: Undergraduate, graduate, or postgraduate in any stream.
• Language Skills: Fluency in English (both spoken and written) is required.
• Location: Willingness to work from our office.
• Schedule: Availability to work 6 days a week, in fixed day shifts with rotational week-offs.
