Sales Executive (EPC Projects)

Position: Sales Executive – EPC Projects
Location: Pune
Experience: 1 to 8 years in EPC project sales

About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic professional with strong EPC project sales experience. The candidate will be responsible for driving new business opportunities, building client relationships, and supporting our hospital EPC project pipeline.

Key Responsibilities:

· Identify and pursue business opportunities in EPC (Engineering, Procurement & Construction) hospital projects.

· Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, consultants, and stakeholders.

· Generate leads, prepare proposals, and negotiate contracts.

· Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of solutions.

· Maintain sales pipeline, track opportunities, and report progress in CRM.

· · Lead Conversion – Convert qualified leads into successful business deals by presenting solutions, negotiating terms, and closing contracts.

· · Client Relationship Management – Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their requirements, ensuring satisfaction, and providing after-sales support.

· · Business Expansion – Explore new markets, identify growth opportunities, and contribute to the expansion of the company’s EPC project portfolio.

Requirements:

· 3+ years of experience in EPC project sales.

· Understanding of hospital construction and turnkey project execution.

· Strong communication & client engagement skills.

Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.50 - ₹35,000.00 per month
