Role Description

Eventat is seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team in Riyadh. This is a full-time, on-site role responsible for generating new business opportunities within the events, exhibitions, and corporate events sector .

The Sales Executive will identify potential clients, manage relationships, prepare proposals, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery. The role also requires managing leads and opportunities through the Odoo CRM system to ensure accurate tracking and reporting of sales activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in events, exhibitions, and corporate events

• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate and government clients

• Promote Eventat services including exhibition booth design, event production, conferences, and brand activations

• Meet with clients to understand their event objectives and requirements

• Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations in coordination with the design and production teams

• Manage leads, opportunities, and client interactions through Odoo CRM

• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, follow-ups, and project status within the system

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

• Follow up with potential clients and convert leads into confirmed projects

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful execution and client satisfaction

Required Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of experience in sales within the events, exhibitions, or booth construction industry

• Proven ability to generate leads and close deals in the events or corporate events sector

• Experience using CRM systems (preferably Odoo CRM) to manage leads and sales pipelines

• Strong understanding of event production, exhibition booths, and corporate event services

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets

Preferred Qualifications

• Existing client network within events, exhibitions, or corporate sector

• Experience working with event companies, exhibition contractors, or creative agencies
