Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic, results-oriented Sales Executive with proven experience in the events, exhibitions, weddings, or related event services industry. You will be responsible for driving new client acquisition, managing and growing existing client relationships, conducting professional presentations, preparing proposals, and achieving sales targets. This role requires a consultative approach, excellent communication skills, and a strong business development mindset.

Key Responsibilities : Business Development & Client Acquisition

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the events, exhibitions, wedding, and related sectors.
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through networking, referrals, industry events, and proactive outreach.
  • Develop, prepare, and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and quotations customized to client needs.
  • Understand client requirements, budgets, and expectations through consultative discussions to offer tailored solutions.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to successfully close deals and secure new business.

Client Relationship Management

  • Maintain and nurture strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and high levels of satisfaction.
  • Act as a trusted point of contact and advisor for clients throughout the sales lifecycle.
  • Respond to client inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally.

Collaboration & Execution Support

  • Coordinate with internal teams (operations, production, marketing, etc.) to ensure client requirements are executed effectively.
  • Share market insights, client feedback, and competitive intelligence with internal stakeholders to inform strategy and service improvements.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to build brand visibility and expand professional connections.

Sales Reporting & Planning

  • Meet or exceed individual sales targets, monthly quotas, and annual revenue goals.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and performance reports to management.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 2+ years of sales experience in events, exhibitions, weddings, hospitality, or related business-to-business service industries.
  • Proven track record of new client acquisition and managing existing accounts.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong business development skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Flexibility to attend evening/weekend meetings and industry events when required.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, Events Management, or a related field.
  • Established industry network and contacts within the events, exhibitions, or wedding sectors.
  • Experience in fast-paced, client-centric environments.
  • Additional language skills relevant to the market (e.g., Arabic and English).
