Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive – Export with hands-on experience in international sales within the coatings or composites industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of export markets, proven experience in hard-core sales, and the ability to work under pressure to achieve aggressive targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement export sales strategies to achieve assigned sales targets and expand the company’s international market share.
  • Identify, contact, and manage relationships with overseas customers, distributors, and channel partners within the coatings/composites segment.
  • Handle end-to-end sales activities, from lead generation and negotiation to closing deals—not limited to coordination or documentation.
  • Explore and penetrate new international markets while strengthening relationships with existing clients.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential customers, competitors, and emerging trends in target regions.
  • Negotiate commercial terms including pricing, delivery, and payment in line with company policy.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (production, logistics, and finance) to ensure smooth execution of export orders.
  • Represent the company in international trade fairs, exhibitions, and customer visits.
  • Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis for management review.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹55,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
