About the Role:

We are looking for a well-presented, confident, and self-driven individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate should be proactive, customer-focused, able to handle pressure, and capable of building strong relationships with clients. A positive attitude, professionalism, and the ability to represent the company well are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, qualify, and develop new business leads through calls, networking and market research.
  • Conduct product presentations and sales meetings to understand client needs.
  • Prepared tailored proposals, quotations, and sales agreements.
  • Maintain strong relationship with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, finance) for seamless delivery.
  • Participate in exhibitions, trade shows and promotional events when required.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree in Business, Marketing or related field.
  • Minimum 2-5 years of experience in Sales in F&B.
  • Ability to use CRM systems or sales management software for tracking leads, follow-ups, and customer records.
  • Proficiency in Hindi, English and Malayalam.
  • Strong negotiation and organizational skill.
  • Valid Qatar driving license preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: QAR6,000.00 - QAR10,000.00 per month
