Sales Executive (Female)

IBC Group is hiring a Sales Executive (Female) with experience in Business Center or Real Estate sales. The role requires a motivated professional with excellent communication skills, a proven sales track record, and a dedication to delivering outstanding client service while supporting our business center operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound inquiries, walk-ins, and follow up on generated leads
  • Manage daily operations and responsibilities of the business center.
  • Conduct professional office viewings and pitch IBC’s value-added services
  • Convert prospects into long-term clients by closing leasing deals
  • Manage the full sales cycle including client onboarding and agreement finalization
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, track existing and new clients, and ensure timely follow-up.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to optimize conversions

Requirements:

  • 1–2 years’ proven sales experience in business centers, serviced offices, or real estate
  • Strong communication, persuasion, and deal-closing skills
  • CRM experience and Microsoft Office proficiency
  • Presentable, energetic, and highly goal-oriented
  • Willingness to occasionally commute between branches (if required)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Dubai: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Preferred)
