Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive and confident Female Logistics Sales Executive to join our team. In this role, you will manage vehicle transportation requests, communicate with US-based clients, negotiate deals, and close sales efficiently. Your daily responsibilities will include handling emails, chats, and phone calls to manage loads, share updates, resolve concerns, and ensure smooth operations.

This role requires excellent spoken and written English, strong communication skills, and the ability to negotiate and finalize deals confidently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build, manage, and maintain long-term relationships with clients to support business growth.
  • Negotiate rates with customers and close profitable deals while ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Coordinate pickups, deliveries, and transportation schedules, ensuring smooth and timely operations.
  • Maintain organized and accurate records of loads, payments, and correspondence.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service through proactive communication and timely follow-ups.
  • Meet or exceed monthly performance, sales, and quality targets.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred, not mandatory).
  • Excellent English speaking and writing skills (mandatory).
  • Prior experience in call center, telesales, or any sales-related role is essential.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Comfortable dealing with US-based clients via phone and email.
