Job Title: Sales Manager – FinTech & Online Trading (Pakistan Market)Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated, target-driven Sales Manager to join a rapidly growing sales and marketing team focused on the Pakistani Forex, online trading, and FinTech market. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in FinTech product sales or financial services (banks, brokerage firms, NBFCs, or investment companies) and will be responsible for acquiring new clients, building strong relationships, and driving revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, contact, and acquire new clients through outbound calls, digital channels, referrals, and partnerships
  • Generate, qualify, and convert leads into active trading or FinTech product users
  • Promote and sell Forex, CFDs, and FinTech financial products, clearly explaining features, benefits, and risks
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships to maximize retention and lifetime value
  • Understand client financial goals and recommend suitable trading, investment, or digital financial solutions
  • Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets and KPIs
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads, communications, and sales activity using CRM systems
  • Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction, onboarding success, and continued engagement
  • Stay informed about financial markets, FinTech trends, banking products, and regulatory developments
  • Collaborate with marketing and support teams to optimize lead conversion and customer experience
  • Ensure full compliance with company sales processes, internal policies, and regulatory requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent negotiation, persuasion, and closing abilities
  • Proven experience in FinTech sales, banking sales, financial services, or investment products
  • Strong lead generation and client acquisition capabilities
  • Relationship-driven and customer-focused approach
  • Basic analytical, problem-solving, and financial understanding
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Strong time management, multitasking, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience selling FinTech products, digital banking solutions, Forex, CFDs, or investment products
  • Background in banks, brokerage firms, asset management companies, NBFCs, or financial institutions
  • Good understanding of Forex trading, CFDs, and global financial markets
  • Familiarity with the Pakistani trading, investment, and digital finance ecosystem
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field

Experience: 3 + Years

Location: Karachi

Work Mode: On-site

Working Day: Monday to Friday (10 am to 6pm)
