Female Sales Executive (Bilingual - Arabic/English)

Location: Al Ain, UAE Type: Full-time, In-person

Role Overview We are seeking a high-performing Female Sales Executive to drive growth at our Al Ain location. The ideal candidate is a proactive closer who excels at building strategic relationships and consistently exceeding revenue targets in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Business Development: Proactively identify, prospect, and convert new business opportunities to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term partnerships with clients to ensure brand loyalty and high retention.
• Sales Presentations: Deliver professional, persuasive presentations to promote our services and provide tailored solutions to prospective clients.
• Pipeline Management: Maintain an organized sales pipeline, managing leads from initial contact to close, and providing regular performance reports.

Candidate Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 3 years of proven sales success within the UAE market.
• Language: Native or professional fluency in English and Arabic (written and verbal) is mandatory.
• Attributes: Highly motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently under pressure.
• Skills: Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and time-management skills.
