AMRI Fashions is a well-established fashion retail brand known for elegant designs, quality products, and exceptional customer service. We are currently hiring female Arabic-speaking Retail Sales Representatives for our Al Ain store.

Important Note on Training
Selected candidates will be required to attend paid training in Ajman for 7–10 days. Upon successful completion of training, the candidate will be officially transferred to the Al Ain store.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service

• Welcome and assist customers in a warm, professional manner
• Deliver an exceptional shopping experience
• Handle customer queries and concerns efficiently

Sales & Performance

• Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products
• Accurately process cash and card transactions

Product Knowledge

• Stay updated on fashion trends and AMRI product collections
• Confidently explain product features and styling options

Arabic Communication

• Provide personalized assistance to Arabic-speaking customers
• Build strong rapport using fluent Arabic communication

Store Operations

• Maintain store cleanliness and visual merchandising standards
• Assist with stock replenishment and product displays

Teamwork

• Work collaboratively with team members
• Attend trainings and team meetings as required

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in retail sales (fashion retail preferred)
• Fluent Arabic speaking skills (mandatory)
• Female candidates only
• Positive attitude with strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
• Willingness to work weekends and public holidays
