Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to join our automobile sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating sales, handling customer inquiries, and providing excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist walk-in customers at the showroom
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable vehicles
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Conduct vehicle presentations and test drives
• Follow up with potential customers to close sales
• Maintain customer database and sales records
• Coordinate with the finance and after-sales team
• Stay updated on product knowledge and competitor offerings

Requirements:

• Minimum Intermediate / Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 1–3 years of sales experience (automobile experience preferred)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Presentable personality with a customer-focused approach
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
• Basic computer knowledge
