Responsibilities:
- Identify potential clients through cold calling, networking, LinkedIn, and referrals
2. Client Meetings & Requirement Analysis
- Meet clients to understand their IT requirements (software, hardware, cloud, cybersecurity, ERP, etc.)
- Conduct need analysis and recommend suitable IT solutions
- Coordinate with technical teams for solution feasibility
3. Product/Service Presentation
- Present IT products and services clearly and professionally
- Deliver product demos (software, SaaS platforms, IT infrastructure solutions)
- Explain technical features in simple business language
4. Proposal & Quotation Preparation
- Prepare proposals, RFP responses, and commercial quotations
- Negotiate pricing and contract terms
- Close sales deals to achieve revenue targets
5. Relationship Management
- Build long-term relationships with clients
- Ensure customer satisfaction and handle post-sales follow-ups
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
6. Target Achievement & Reporting
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets
- Prepare sales reports and pipeline forecasts
- Track competitors and market trends
7. Coordination & Support
- Work closely with pre-sales, technical, and support teams
- Ensure smooth project handover after deal closure
- Follow up on payment collection
Requirements:
- Minimum bachelor's degree is required
- Minimum 2 years of experience in IT Sales is required
- Should be available in Dubai for face to face interview round
- Should be confident and strong communication and negotiation skills
- Should have knowledge of market trends and reserch
