Sales Executive Female (IT Industry

Responsibilities:

  • Identify potential clients through cold calling, networking, LinkedIn, and referrals

2. Client Meetings & Requirement Analysis

  • Meet clients to understand their IT requirements (software, hardware, cloud, cybersecurity, ERP, etc.)
  • Conduct need analysis and recommend suitable IT solutions
  • Coordinate with technical teams for solution feasibility

3. Product/Service Presentation

  • Present IT products and services clearly and professionally
  • Deliver product demos (software, SaaS platforms, IT infrastructure solutions)
  • Explain technical features in simple business language

4. Proposal & Quotation Preparation

  • Prepare proposals, RFP responses, and commercial quotations
  • Negotiate pricing and contract terms
  • Close sales deals to achieve revenue targets

5. Relationship Management

  • Build long-term relationships with clients
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and handle post-sales follow-ups
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities

6. Target Achievement & Reporting

  • Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets
  • Prepare sales reports and pipeline forecasts
  • Track competitors and market trends

7. Coordination & Support

  • Work closely with pre-sales, technical, and support teams
  • Ensure smooth project handover after deal closure
  • Follow up on payment collection

Requirements:

  • Minimum bachelor's degree is required
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in IT Sales is required
  • Should be available in Dubai for face to face interview round
  • Should be confident and strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Should have knowledge of market trends and reserch

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
