We are an established company in the USA logistics industry, offering services. We are looking for a motivated and confident Tele sales Executive who can communicate effectively with clients, generate leads, and convert opportunities into business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers in the USA logistics market.
  • Promote and sell company services
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and carriers.
  • Understand customer requirements and offer suitable logistics solutions.
  • Maintain records of calls, leads, and sales using CRM tools.
  • Meet and exceed weekly/monthly sales targets.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth service delivery.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in tele calling. (preferably in logistics).
  • Excellent verbal communication in English, Punjabi and Hindi
  • Confident, persuasive, and customer-focused personality.
  • Basic understanding of USA logistics operations (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Strong negotiation and follow-up skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Experience Required: Minimum 1 Year (Tele calling / Sales) ; Education: Minimum Graduate ; Languages Required: English, Punjabi & Hindi (Fluent)
