Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Female Sales Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for connecting with potential clients, generating leads, and converting them into successful sales for our ERP software designed for the retail sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Client Engagement:
- Identify and connect with potential clients in the retail market, including supermarkets, fashion stores, pharmacies, bakeries, and general retail outlets.
- Conduct outreach through calls, social media, and professional networking platforms.
- Understand client requirements and present relevant ERP software solutions.
Sales & Conversion:
- Deliver product demonstrations to prospective clients, highlighting features, benefits, and business value.
- Convert qualified leads into successful sales by managing the entire sales cycle.
- Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and sales documents.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Relationship Building:
- Maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Follow up with potential clients to keep them engaged throughout the sales process.
- Coordinate with the implementation and support teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.
Market Research & Reporting:
- Stay updated with ERP trends and retail industry insights.
- Conduct competitor analysis to identify opportunities for market expansion.
- Prepare daily and weekly sales reports for management review.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field (preferred).
- Prior sales experience in software, IT solutions, or retail market is a plus (fresh candidates with strong communication skills may also apply).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
- Strong presentation skills and confidence in dealing with clients.
