Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building long-term client relationships, and contributing to the company's growth objectives within the logistics and freight forwarding sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
  • Conduct market research to identify industry trends and customer needs.
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations for potential clients.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Represent the company professionally in client meetings and communications.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Urdu.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Previous experience in logistics, freight forwarding, transportation, or B2B sales will be an advantage.
