We need a female sales executive who knows how to talk, convince, and close. If she can’t handle telemarketing calls confidently, follow up properly, and push deals to the finish line, this role will eat her alive. Real estate demands discipline, consistency, and pressure handling. If that’s not her, she shouldn’t apply.

Responsibilities

• Telemarketing calls to generate leads
• Handle inbound and outbound calls
• Convert calls into visits and closed deals
• Maintain client data and follow up consistently
• Present property options with confidence
• Hit monthly sales targets
• Coordinate with marketing and operations

Requirements

• Female applicants only
• Intermediate minimum, bachelors preferred
• Strong communication and telecalling ability
• Confident dealing with clients on calls and in person
• Target driven and disciplined with follow ups
• Basic computer skills
• Real estate or telemarketing experience is a plus
• Must be able to work full time in Lahore
