Sales Executive (Female)(US Shift)

Location: Garden Town, Lahore
Shift: 8pm - 5am

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Sales Representative to join our sales team in the custom packaging industry. The role involves handling client inquiries, generating leads, building strong customer relationships, and ensuring excellent service delivery to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats to engage with potential and existing customers.
• Understand customer requirements for custom packaging solutions (custom boxes, printing, finishing, etc.).
• Generate leads and convert inquiries into confirmed sales orders.
• Maintain long-term relationships with international and local clients.
• Prepare and share price quotations, proposals, and order confirmations.
• Collaborate with the design and production teams to ensure accurate order execution.
• Manage CRM entries, follow-ups, and timely updates on client status.
• Resolve customer concerns and provide after-sales support.
• Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (preferred but not mandatory).
• 6 months – 1 year experience in sales/customer service (packaging industry experience is a plus).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to handle international clients with professionalism.
• Target-driven, self-motivated, and persuasive personality.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (preferred).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs55,000.00 per month
