Job Title: Sales Executive – Fit-Out / Architectural Projects
Location: United Arab Emirates (UAE)

Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic, motivated, and results-driven Outdoor Sales Executive with experience in the fit-out or architectural sector to join our expanding team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will possess strong industry knowledge, exceptional communication skills, and a proven ability to build client relationships and close deals.

A valid UAE driver’s license is mandatory, as frequent client meetings, market visits, and site inspections are essential components of the role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and architects across the UAE.
  • Generate leads, follow up on inquiries, and secure new project opportunities.
  • Conduct regular site visits, client meetings, and project presentations.
  • Understand client requirements and propose tailored fit-out or architectural solutions.
  • Prepare and submit technical and commercial proposals in collaboration with design, estimation, and technical teams.
  • Meet and exceed assigned sales targets while contributing to overall business growth.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, new materials, market needs, and competitor activities.
  • Prepare accurate sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis for management review.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field (preferred).
  • 3–5 years of UAE experience in sales within the fit-out, architectural, or construction industry.
  • Valid UAE Driver’s License and willingness to travel extensively across all emirates.
  • Proven track record in outdoor sales, business development, and project-based selling.
  • Strong knowledge of interior fit-out materials, architectural products, and project cycles.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic is an advantage.
  • Self-motivated, energetic, and target-oriented with strong time management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong existing network within the UAE construction, architecture, and design community.
  • Experience using CRM platforms and sales reporting tools.
  • Understanding of local building regulations, site conditions, and project management processes.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
