Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the commercial, retail, hospitality, and residential sectors.
  • Develop tailored proposals and pitch presentations to potential clients.
  • Conduct site visits, client meetings, and project walkthroughs to understand requirements.
  • Collaborate with the estimation and technical teams for accurate proposal submissions.
  • Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for key clients, ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally.
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies in the UAE fit-out and FM sectors.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, leads, and customer interactions using CRM tools.
  • Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates for management.
  • Proficient in MS Office especially Excel and Outlook.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
  • Previous experience in a sales support or admin role is a plus.
