Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Sales Executive with a strong background in the fitout and interior contracting industry. The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The role requires a proactive individual with excellent market knowledge and a valid UAE driving license.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate new leads and business opportunities in the fitout and interior contracting sector.
  • Build and maintain relationships with consultants, contractors, architects, and corporate clients.
  • Conduct client meetings, site visits, and project presentations.
  • Prepare and present quotations, proposals, and tenders in coordination with the estimation and design teams.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Maintain regular follow-up with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in fitout or interior design sales within the UAE.
  • Proven record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong network within the construction and interior design industry.
  • Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
