Perfect Blend Flowers & Events is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Executive to drive sales, build strong client relationships, and support the growth of our floral, gifting, and event decoration business. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a passion for customer service, and the ability to convert inquiries into successful sales opportunities.
Key Responsibilities1. Customer Engagement & Sales
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable floral arrangements, gifting solutions, and event décor services.
- Promote floral products and services for weddings, birthdays, corporate events, anniversaries, and special occasions.
- Generate sales through proactive customer engagement, follow-ups, and upselling opportunities.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets.
2. Quotation & Order Management
- Prepare quotations based on customer requirements and event specifications.
- Follow up on inquiries and convert leads into confirmed sales orders.
- Ensure accurate order processing, documentation, and timely confirmations.
- Coordinate pricing, order details, and delivery schedules with customers.
- Maintain records of customer inquiries, quotations, and sales transactions.
3. Coordination & Order Execution
- Coordinate with florists, production staff, and operations teams for order preparation and execution.
- Ensure all floral arrangements, gifting orders, and event setups are completed accurately and delivered on schedule.
- Communicate customer requirements and special instructions clearly to internal teams.
- Monitor order progress and resolve any issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
4. Customer Service
- Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales and order fulfillment process.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally and efficiently.
- Maintain a friendly, professional, and solution-oriented approach at all times.
- Ensure a positive customer experience to encourage repeat business and referrals.
5. Business Development
- Identify new sales opportunities and potential corporate, retail, and event clients.
- Support business growth through customer retention, repeat sales, and upselling strategies.
- Assist in promoting seasonal campaigns, special offers, and marketing initiatives.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key clients and event organizers.
- Contribute innovative ideas to improve sales performance and customer engagement.
Requirements & Qualifications
- UAE sales experience preferred.
- Experience in flowers, events, gifting, retail, hospitality, or related sales sectors is an advantage.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and customer service skills.
- Confident, presentable, and energetic personality.
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets.
- Strong organizational, coordination, and follow-up skills.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office applications.
- UAE Driving License is an advantage.
