About the role
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and result-driven Sales Executive – AMC to promote and sell Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs). We work with premium villas, apartments providing high-quality maintenance and renovation services.
What you’ll do:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying sales opportunities, building relationships with our existing and new clients, and achieving sales targets for AMC scope of sales and new contracts.
What we’re looking for:
- Sales experience in home maintenance, fit-out, renovation, facility management, or similar industry
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Existing network in Dubai real estate/property sector is a plus
- Ability to work independently and hit targets
- UAE driving license preferred
- Knowledge of Arabic language is advantage
