Sales Executive - FM

Job description:

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our Facilities Management (FM) team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth through tailored FM solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities in facilities management services
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors
  • Conduct site visits to assess client requirements for FM services
  • Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, and technical submissions
  • Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and scope of services with clients
  • Manage AMC contracts, including renewals and upselling of additional services
  • Coordinate with operations and technical teams for smooth project mobilization
  • Prepare cost estimations based on manpower and material requirements
  • Maintain accurate sales pipeline reports and client follow-up records
  • Attend client meetings, presentations, and tender submissions as required
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing concerns and maintaining service quality
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and contribute to overall company growth
  • Ensure all proposals comply with client requirements, contract terms, and SLA standards

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (BBA) or related field
  • Proven experience in sales within the UAE Facilities Management industry
  • Strong knowledge of FM services and market trends in the UAE
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools

Work Location: In person

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per hour
