We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Executive with proven FMCG sales experience in the UAE market. The ideal candidate must have strong exposure to HORECA, hypermarkets, and wholesale channels, along with excellent customer relationship and negotiation skills. This role requires a self-driven professional capable of achieving consistent sales growth in a competitive environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales growth and business development across assigned territories and channels
- Identify and secure new business opportunities through market research and competitor analysis
- Ensure product availability and optimal stock levels to meet customer demand and sales targets
- Conduct regular client visits to strengthen relationships and expand market presence
- Maintain strong product visibility through effective merchandising and in-store promotions
- Monitor shelf displays, pricing accuracy, and promotional compliance
- Track inventory levels, monitor expiry dates, and report damaged or slow-moving stock
- Take full accountability for entrusted stock and company assets
- Expand and retain the existing customer base
- Prepare and submit daily sales reports and performance updates
Requirements
- 3–4 years of proven FMCG sales experience in the UAE
- Mandatory experience in HORECA, hypermarkets, or wholesale sectors
- Strong knowledge of UAE market dynamics and established customer networks
- Valid UAE driving license (own vehicle preferred)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and consistently achieve sales targets
