Sales Executive (FMCG) – Arabic Speaking Female

We are seeking a highly motivated, target-driven Arabic-speaking female Sales Executive with proven FMCG sales experience in the UAE, specifically across HORECA, hypermarkets, and wholesale channels. The ideal candidate will have strong market knowledge, excellent customer-handling skills, and the ability to drive consistent sales growth in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales and business development of FMCG products across assigned territories and channels
  • Identify new business opportunities through market research and competitor analysis
  • Ensure optimal stock availability to meet customer demand and assigned sales targets
  • Conduct regular client visits and maintain strong product visibility through effective merchandising
  • Monitor product availability, shelf displays, pricing, and promotional compliance at retail outlets
  • Track inventory levels, monitor expiry dates, and report damaged or near-expiry items
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key accounts
  • Take full responsibility and accountability for entrusted stock
  • Expand, retain, and strengthen the existing customer base
  • Prepare and submit daily sales reports and activity updates

Requirements

  • 3–4 years of proven FMCG sales experience in the UAE
  • Mandatory exposure to FMCG, HORECA, hypermarkets, or wholesale sectors
  • Fluent in Arabic and English
  • Strong understanding of UAE market dynamics and customer networks
  • Valid UAE driving license (own vehicle preferred)
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and consistently achieve sales targets
