We are seeking a highly motivated, target-driven Arabic-speaking female Sales Executive with proven FMCG sales experience in the UAE, specifically across HORECA, hypermarkets, and wholesale channels. The ideal candidate will have strong market knowledge, excellent customer-handling skills, and the ability to drive consistent sales growth in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales and business development of FMCG products across assigned territories and channels
- Identify new business opportunities through market research and competitor analysis
- Ensure optimal stock availability to meet customer demand and assigned sales targets
- Conduct regular client visits and maintain strong product visibility through effective merchandising
- Monitor product availability, shelf displays, pricing, and promotional compliance at retail outlets
- Track inventory levels, monitor expiry dates, and report damaged or near-expiry items
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key accounts
- Take full responsibility and accountability for entrusted stock
- Expand, retain, and strengthen the existing customer base
- Prepare and submit daily sales reports and activity updates
Requirements
- 3–4 years of proven FMCG sales experience in the UAE
- Mandatory exposure to FMCG, HORECA, hypermarkets, or wholesale sectors
- Fluent in Arabic and English
- Strong understanding of UAE market dynamics and customer networks
- Valid UAE driving license (own vehicle preferred)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and consistently achieve sales targets
