Role Overview
This is a pure field sales role focused on acquiring and servicing HoReCa clients across
Mumbai.
You will be responsible for:
● Onboarding new restaurants, caterers, cloud kitchens & institutional buyers
● Managing repeat orders
● Building long-term relationships
● Achieving monthly revenue targets
This is not a desk job.
Key Responsibilities
1. New Business Development
● Identify and approach restaurants, cafés, caterers, cloud kitchens
● Conduct product sampling and pitch Tulua’s spice & RTC range
● Convert leads into monthly repeat customers
● Maintain daily visit targets (8–12 outlets/day)
2. Relationship Management
● Build strong relationships with chefs, purchase managers & owners
● Understand menu requirements and suggest relevant products
● Ensure repeat ordering cycle
● Resolve service or supply issues proactively
3. Revenue & Target Management
● Achieve monthly revenue targets
● Maintain healthy collection cycles
● Track outstanding payments
4. Market Intelligence
● Report competitor pricing & activity
● Share feedback from chefs and buyers
● Suggest improvements based on field insights
Who We’re Looking For
● 1–3 years experience in HoReCa sales / FMCG field sales
● Strong communication skills (Hindi + English mandatory)
● Comfortable meeting 8–12 outlets daily
● Street-smart and persistent
● Comfortable working with targets
● Two-wheeler preferred
Bonus:
● Existing network in Mumbai HoReCa
● Experience in spices / food ingredients
Compensation Structure
● Fixed Salary (₹15,000 – ₹25,000 depending on experience)
● Performance-based incentives (monthly)
● Travel allowance
