Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with Retail Centres and Supermarkets.
- Achieve sales targets by promoting FMCG products and securing prime shelf space.
- Conduct regular market visits to monitor stock levels, product placement, and competitor activities.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and promotional activities with clients to maximize sales opportunities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and trade activations.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations.
Requirements
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven sales experience in the FMCG sector, specifically in Retail Centres and Super Markets.
- Strong knowledge of the Dubai, Sharjah, and Northern Emirates markets.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet sales targets.
- Valid UAE driving license and willingness to travel across assigned regions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Minimum Intermediate or Bachelor’s degree in related field is preferred.
- The candidate should be able to join immediately.
