Sales Executive - FMCG, Retail Centres & Super Markets

Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with Retail Centres and Supermarkets.
  • Achieve sales targets by promoting FMCG products and securing prime shelf space.
  • Conduct regular market visits to monitor stock levels, product placement, and competitor activities.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and promotional activities with clients to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and trade activations.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2-3 years of proven sales experience in the FMCG sector, specifically in Retail Centres and Super Markets.
  • Strong knowledge of the Dubai, Sharjah, and Northern Emirates markets.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet sales targets.
  • Valid UAE driving license and willingness to travel across assigned regions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • Minimum Intermediate or Bachelor’s degree in related field is preferred.
  • The candidate should be able to join immediately.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
