Sales Executive for Female

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. You should have strong communication skills, product knowledge, and the ability to understand customer needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new leads through market research, calls, and networking.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/services.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently.
• Handle inquiries, provide quotations, and negotiate deals professionally.
• Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and timely delivery.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client data, and follow-ups.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and product knowledge.

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales or customer-facing roles (preferred).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM tools).
• Positive attitude, confidence, and willingness to learn.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
