Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new sales leads through networking, referrals, and marketing campaigns.
- Conduct meetings and presentations with potential clients to promote property projects.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to achieve monthly sales targets.
- Follow up on leads, negotiate deals, and close successful sales.
- Maintain updated knowledge of project details, pricing, and competitive market trends.
- Coordinate with the marketing and recovery departments to ensure smooth client onboarding and documentation.
