Position Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Sales Executive to join our manpower supply company. The ideal candidate must have previous experience in the same industry and a strong network within the Qatar market.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong client relationships in Cleaning, Hospitality, Facility Management, and Construction sectors
• Identify new business opportunities and secure manpower supply contracts
• Conduct client meetings, site visits, and follow-ups to close business deals
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and agreements
• Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs
• Maintain accurate sales records and reports
• Coordinate with HR/operations team to ensure timely mobilization of manpower
• Build long-term partnerships with clients and maintain client satisfaction

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years sales experience in manpower supply industry in Qatar is mandatory
• Strong client network and proven business-winning track record
• Excellent communication & negotiation skills
• Valid Qatar driving license preferred
• Ability to work independently and meet targets
• Presentable, professional, and self-motivated

Salary & Benefits
