We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Event Sales Executive with proven experience in the UAE events industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets by promoting the company’s event services and solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for corporate, government, and private events
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations tailored to client requirements
- Coordinate with operations and production teams to ensure smooth event execution
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
- Attend client meetings, site visits, and industry networking events
- Maintain accurate sales records and pipeline reports
Requirements
- Proven experience in event sales within the UAE (events, exhibitions, or activations)
- Strong client database and industry connections preferred
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Valid UAE driving license (preferred)

Salary & Benefits
- Competitive base salary: AED 5,000 – 6,000/month (depending on experience)
