We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to grow our logistics business by acquiring new customers and managing existing accounts. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of freight forwarding services and the ability to build long-term client relationships while achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in air, sea, and land freight
  • Promote freight forwarding, logistics, and supply chain solutions to customers
  • Prepare and present quotations, proposals, and rate negotiations
  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers
  • Coordinate with operations teams to ensure smooth shipment handling
  • Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer needs
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
  • Maintain accurate sales records and customer data
  • Attend client meetings, networking events, and industry activities

Requirements:

Proven experience in freight forwarding sales
Strong knowledge of international shipping (Air, Ocean, Road)
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to work independently and under pressure
Customer oriented with strong problem solving skills
