We are hiring a Sales Executive for our Import Department with experience in handling pharmaceutical import shipments (LCL/FCL). The ideal candidate should have hands-on industry experience, strong client connections, and clear knowledge of the complete freight forwarding process.

This role is suitable for someone who can independently generate business, manage clients, and grow pharmaceutical accounts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive business development for LCL/FCL pharmaceutical import shipments.
  • Lead and guide the import sales team, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Manage and grow key pharmaceutical client accounts.
  • Coordinate closely with operations, overseas agents, and shipping lines for smooth execution.
  • Oversee shipment flow, ensure service quality, and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Support team members with process knowledge and client handling.
  • Achieve assigned individual sales targets along with contributing to departmental sales targets and overall company growth.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in freight forwarding sales.
  • Proven experience handling pharmaceutical import shipments.
  • Strong experience in LCL and FCL import shipments, with a focus on trade lanes from China.
  • Understanding of complete freight forwarding procedures and documentation.
  • Existing client connections in the pharmaceutical industry will be a strong advantage.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to confidently conduct client meetings and presentations.
