Sales Executive – Freight & Logistics

Job Summary:
We’re seeking a results-driven Sales Executive to drive new business and grow client relationships in the freight and logistics sector. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills and a passion for international trade and logistics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and approach potential clients in need of shipping/logistics services
• Promote our freight forwarding solutions (ocean, air, road) to SMEs and corporates
• Prepare and send customized quotes based on client requirements
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure repeat business
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
• Work closely with operations and logistics teams to ensure service delivery

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of sales experience, preferably in logistics, freight, or supply chain
• Good understanding of shipping processes and Incoterms
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Proficiency in MS Office or CRM tools
