We are urgently hiring Freight Sales Executive for one of our clients.
Responsibilities
- Generate business for road freight, LCL, bulk, break-bulk, and project cargo services.
- Develop and manage relationships with local and corporate clients.
- Identify customer logistics needs and offer suitable surface / non-container freight solutions.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and close deals.
- Coordinate with operations for smooth execution of shipments.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain client data, follow-ups, and sales reports.
- Monitor market trends and competitor pricing in surface and bulk freight.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in road freight, bulk cargo, or project logistics sales.
- Strong understanding of non-containerized freight operations.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- MS Office proficiency; CRM knowledge preferred.
Salary & Benefits: 65k + commission
