المهام والمسؤوليات:

• بناء وتطوير علاقات قوية مع العملاء الجدد والحاليين
• تقديم العروض والخدمات للعملاء بشكل احترافي
• تحقيق أهداف المبيعات الشهرية والسنوية المحددة من الإدارة
• متابعة العملاء بعد البيع لضمان رضاهم واستمرارية التعامل
• إعداد تقارير دورية عن المبيعات، السوق، والمنافسين
• التعاون مع فريق التسويق والإدارة لتحسين الأداء وزيادة المبيعات

المتطلبات:

• خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في مجال المبيعات، التسويق، أو صناعة الإعلام
• مهارات تواصل وإقناع قوية وقدرة على بناء علاقات طويلة الأمد
• القدرة على العمل تحت الضغط وتحقيق الأهداف
• إجادة استخدام برامج Microsoft Office
• إجادة اللغة العربية والإنجليزية كتابةً وتحدثًا (شرط أساسي)
• يفضل وجود رخصة قيادة سارية في الإمارات

Job Title:

Sales Executive – Full Time – (Arabic & English Speaker)

Location: Sharjah – United Arab Emirates
Salary: Based on experience

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
• Present company services and proposals professionally
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by management
• Follow up with clients post-sale to ensure satisfaction and retention
• Prepare detailed sales and market reports, including competitor analysis
• Collaborate with the marketing and management teams to enhance performance and drive growth

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in sales, marketing, or the media industry
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Strong ability to work under pressure and meet targets
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken) is mandatory
• Valid UAE driving license preferred
