Responsibilities:

About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Professional with a strong background in the furniture and fixtures industry to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, building lasting client relationships, and managing end-to-end project sales across residential, commercial, and hospitality sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

l Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities in the furniture and fixtures sector.

l Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, contractors, and corporate clients.

l Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions that align with design, functionality, and budget.

l Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and quotations for projects.

l Collaborate with design, production, and project teams to ensure seamless execution.

l Achieve monthly and annual sales targets while ensuring client satisfaction.

l Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities.

l Conduct regular site and client visits, requiring mobility and flexibility.

Qualifications & Skills:

l Proven sales experience in the furniture, interiors, or fixtures industry (B2B/project sales preferred).

l Strong understanding of furniture design, materials, and manufacturing processes.

l Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

l Ability to build and nurture long-term client relationships.

l Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently

l Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or related field (preferred).

l Valid driver’s license and preferably own car (mandatory for client/site visits).

l Company Registration & Credentials:

l Registered and compliant with [mention your country’s business registration authority].

l Listed on major vendor registration portals and eligible for participation in government, institutional, and corporate projects.

l Pre-qualified vendor with several leading construction, interior design, and procurement platforms.

Job Location: Al Quoz - Al Quoz Industrial Area 3 – Dubai

Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 8:00 PM (Flexible scheduling required).
