Sales Executive – Glass & Metal Industry

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Execution & Client Development
  • Close deals on products like glass facades, balustrades, metal doors/windows, frameless partitions, curtain walls, and decorative glazing.
  • Handle pricing, project scoping, and solution recommendations.
  • Execute both inbound and outbound sales strategies.
  • Negotiate contracts ensuring mutual benefit for company and client.
  • Lead Generation & Conversion
  • Identify new business opportunities and generate leads via calls, emails, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and in-person meetings.
  • Convert leads into long-term clients through consultative selling.
  • Relationship Management
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, contractors, consultants, and design firms.
  • Provide post-sale support and follow-up to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
  • Market Intelligence
  • Stay updated on trends in glass, aluminum systems, and construction.
  • Use industry networks to uncover opportunities and referrals.
  • Reporting & CRM
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM systems.
  • Track sales activities, forecasts, and performance metrics.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
  • 2–5 years of experience in glass, facades, aluminum systems, or metal fabrication sales.
  • Strong understanding of commercial glass types and aluminum integration.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
  • UAE driving license (essential for field visits).
