About the Role

TJ Hair Clinic is the only clinic globally that combines hair transplantation with regenerative cell therapy. It uses. It uses mesenchymal stem cells and exosome-based treatments to achieve superior healing, graft survival, and natural density.

As a Sales Executive, you’ll guide patients who are actively seeking advanced hair restoration solutions. You’ll provide expert consultation, educate them on the benefits of regenerative medicine, and help them take the next step toward treatment.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound patient inquiries through phone, email, and WhatsApp.
• Conduct professional, empathetic consultations about hair restoration and regenerative therapy options.
• Explain treatment benefits and guide patients through the decision-making process.
• Maintain detailed records of communications in Zoho CRM.
• Collaborate with medical and coordination teams to ensure seamless patient care.
• Follow up consistently and meet or exceed monthly sales goals.

Requirements

• Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).
• Based in the U.S. or Mexico, with reliable internet and a quiet workspace.
• Proven experience in aesthetic medicine, hair restoration, or plastic surgery sales.
• Strong closing and consultative selling skills.
• Experience using CRM software (Zoho CRM preferred).
• Highly motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently.
• Bonus: Familiarity with stem cells, exosomes, or regenerative medical technologies.
