Sales Executive (Hardware, Kitchen & Wardrobe Accessories)

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our growing team. The role focuses on selling kitchen and wardrobe accessories, hardware, and fit-out solutions to clients such as wood factories, carpenters, designers, etc. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a good understanding of sales techniques, and the ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

· Proven sales experience (in hardware, accessories, or fit-out materials).

· Strong communication and negotiation skills.

· Ability to build and maintain professional client relationships.

· Valid UAE driving license.

· Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.

· Handle inquiries, prepare quotations, and close sales.

· Provide feedback to management to improve products and services.

· Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.

· Knowledge of kitchen, wardrobe, and interior accessories is a strong plus.

Requirements:

· Proven experience in sales (experience in kitchen, wardrobe, accessories, or fit-out field is a plus).

· Must own a car and hold a valid UAE driving license.

· Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

· Self-motivated and target-driven.

· Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

· Fluency in English (Hindi is a plus).
