Sales Executive - Healthcare Catering

The Sales Executive will drive revenue growth by developing new business and managing existing client relationships within the healthcare catering segment, including hospitals, clinics, nursing homes, and healthcare facilities. The role requires a combination of sales acumen, knowledge of the healthcare sector, and an understanding of dietary and catering requirements specific to healthcare institutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the healthcare catering segment.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with hospital administrators, dietitians, and procurement teams.
• Understand client requirements, including dietary regulations, nutritional needs, and food safety standards.
• Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and quotations tailored to healthcare clients.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements in line with company policies.
• Collaborate with operations and kitchen teams to ensure service quality and client satisfaction.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to identify growth opportunities.
• Maintain accurate sales reports, forecasts, and client records in CRM systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, Nutrition, or related field.
• 2-5 years of sales experience, preferably in catering, food services, or healthcare sectors.
• Strong understanding of healthcare facility operations, food safety, and dietary requirements.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Self-motivated, result-oriented, and capable of working independently.
