Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and motivated Sales Executive – Holiday Homes to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring property owners, managing client relationships, and driving sales for short-term rental portfolios across Dubai.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source and onboard new property owners for holiday home listings.
  • Promote company services and explain revenue potential to homeowners.
  • Conduct property visits, meetings, and presentations to secure contracts.
  • Manage leads from multiple channels (calls, WhatsApp, email, property portals).
  • Build strong relationships with owners and ensure long-term partnerships.
  • Coordinate with the operations team for onboarding, cleaning, and listing setup.
  • Negotiate terms, pricing, and agreements with property owners.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain CRM records and prepare daily/weekly sales reports.
  • Keep up-to-date with Dubai’s short-term rental market and DTCM regulations.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1–3 years’ experience in holiday homes, real estate, or hospitality.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Knowledge of Airbnb, Booking.com, Vrbo, Property Finder, Bayut is an advantage.
  • Ability to handle field visits and meet property owners.
  • Fluent in English; Arabic, Russian, or European languages are a plus.
  • Valid UAE driving license preferred.
  • Immediate joiners are an advantage.
