Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and motivated Sales Executive – Holiday Homes to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring property owners, managing client relationships, and driving sales for short-term rental portfolios across Dubai.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and onboard new property owners for holiday home listings.
- Promote company services and explain revenue potential to homeowners.
- Conduct property visits, meetings, and presentations to secure contracts.
- Manage leads from multiple channels (calls, WhatsApp, email, property portals).
- Build strong relationships with owners and ensure long-term partnerships.
- Coordinate with the operations team for onboarding, cleaning, and listing setup.
- Negotiate terms, pricing, and agreements with property owners.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain CRM records and prepare daily/weekly sales reports.
- Keep up-to-date with Dubai’s short-term rental market and DTCM regulations.
Requirements
- Minimum 1–3 years’ experience in holiday homes, real estate, or hospitality.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of Airbnb, Booking.com, Vrbo, Property Finder, Bayut is an advantage.
- Ability to handle field visits and meet property owners.
- Fluent in English; Arabic, Russian, or European languages are a plus.
- Valid UAE driving license preferred.
- Immediate joiners are an advantage.
