Job Title: Sales Executive (Russian Speaker)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Russian-speaking Sales Executive to develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the CIS market. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of export regulations, customs procedures, and market trends in the CIS region.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in the CIS market.

2. Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients in the CIS region.

3. Identify new business opportunities and pursue them to closure.

4. Negotiate and close deals with clients.

5. Provide market feedback and competitor analysis to the management team.

6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including logistics, finance, and marketing.

7. Ensure compliance with export regulations, customs procedures, and company policies.

Requirements:

1. Fluent in Russian and English

2. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

3. Minimum 1 years of experience in export sales.

4. Strong knowledge of export regulations, customs procedures, and market trends in the CIS region.

5. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.

6. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

7. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
