Job Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound sales calls professionally and convert leads into customers.
- Meet clients (interior designers, shop owners, architects) in person to present and explain our wall décor products.
- Design and update digital product catalogs (basic design knowledge preferred).
- Generate, follow up, and close sales leads both online and offline.
- Maintain customer interaction records and report progress to the management team.
- Build long-term relationships with shops, interior partners, and clients for repeat business.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive / Business Development Executive (freshers with strong communication skills may also apply).
- Good communication in English and Tamil (knowledge of other Indian languages is a plus).
- Basic computer knowledge; ability to create simple catalogs using tools like Canva or MS PowerPoint.
- Willingness to travel locally for client visits and product demos.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and confident in handling client interactions.
