Job Overview:

To sell food products and services to HORECA clients to grow revenue and build lasting customer relationships within defined sales targets and service standards constraints.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and approach potential HoReCa clients, including hotels, restaurants, and cafés, to present company offerings.
  • Conduct regular customer visits to maintain relationships and understand evolving client needs.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets by developing and converting new business opportunities.
  • Provide product knowledge and consultation to help clients select appropriate items from the product portfolio.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (supply chain, finance, and logistics) to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
  • Manage customer accounts, including order follow-ups, issue resolution, and after-sales support.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity, reporting insights to the sales team.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, orders, customer interactions, and market intelligence using CRM systems.
  • Support promotional campaigns and product launches by communicating value propositions to clients.
  • Handle customer feedback or complaints professionally and escalate where necessary.
  • Adhere to all relevant policies, procedures, and processes, ensuring consistent and controlled execution of daily tasks.
  • Contribute to identifying opportunities for continuous improvement in processes and practices to enhance operational effectiveness.
  • Foster a high-performance work environment and actively promote company values.



Minimum Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of HORECA experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field
