Functional Responsibilities
Business Development
· Explore and identify opportunities for new business development initiatives, ventures, introducing Armada brands and product lines via expansion of the customer base portfolio and product penetration
· Provide support in enhancing Brand image and market reputation in the HORECA Channel. Maximize the visibility and availability of the brands in each outlet within the Account
Business Operation
· Monitor sales against targets on regular basis to ensure targets are achieved within the specified timeframe
· Ensure adequate availability of stock levels in coordination with Supply Chain Officer
· Ensure Order Management process is followed & managed properly/ smoothly
· Make sure collections are made within the specified timeframe
· Ensure customer performance is managed & controlled in terms of regular placement of orders & timely collections. Follow up on sales unit deliveries
· Participate in planning, implementing & executing the brand activation, events, and sponsorships in the HORECA Channel. Obtain feedback on any promotional activities or potential sponsoring of various events and report back to the Senior Account Manager - HORECA
· Provide support in promoting Armada products through flawless execution of brand activations and impactful visibility
· Ensure achievement of key performance targets for: sales, best practice, new listing, training & mystery shopping, Information Intelligence & PR, collection and other measurements of operational performance. Implement timely corrective and improvement actions, where appropriate
· Report market and competitive activities with recommendations on actions to the Senior Account Manager - HORECA
· Maintain & update customer universe on a regular basis
· Prepare detailed weekly reports for each customer in his/ her portfolio, highlighting short and long-term activities and achievements.
