Job Purpose:
Drive sales and achieve targets in the HORECA segment by promoting and distributing company products, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify potential clients within the HORECA sector (Hotels, Restaurants, Cafés).
- Promote and sell company products to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Maintain and develop strong relationships with existing clients.
- Provide product information, pricing, and promotions to clients.
- Prepare and submit sales reports and feedback to management regularly.
- Coordinate with internal teams for order fulfillment and client support.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities in the assigned territory.
Qualifications & Preferences:
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: 2–3 years of similar experience in HORECA or related sales.
- Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills; ability to manage multiple clients; knowledge of FMCG products preferred.
