Role Summary- To achieve set sales targets by developing new clients and maintaining relationships with Hotels, Restaurants, Catering companies, Offices, Banks, Schools, and other Institutional clients. The role focuses on ensuring customer satisfaction in assigned Channel/territories. Grab new business opportunities through new clients visit every day.
1. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS/EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/KNOWLEDGE· Preferably graduate or minimum Intermediate.· Good communication skills in English, Hindi & Arabic as a advantage.· 2 - 3 Year experience in UAE, for HoReCa or Institutional Business· Good FMCG product knowledge.· UAE Driving License with 2-3 years driving experience.· UAE roads knowledge. Having geographical knowledge of Abu Dhabi.
2. COMMUNICATION AND WORKING RELATIONSHIPSWithin: Asst. Sales Manager or Sales Manager, EDP, Coordinator, Accountant & Supply Chain Team.Outside: Procurement Manager, Buyer, Logistics and accounts team.
3. KEY DIMENSIONS AND RELATED JOB RESULTSSales & Business Development:· Fix an appointment with procurement team to meet them and discuss further.· Interaction with buyers and procurement managers through personal visits.· Identify, approach, and acquire new HoReCa and institutional customers within the assigned area.· Maintain and expand business with existing key accounts as well.· Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.· Promote company’s full range of FMCG products effectively to increase visibility and market share.Customer Relationship Management:· Build and sustain strong professional relationships with purchasing team, chefs, F&B managers, and procurement officers.· Conduct regular visits to customers to monitor service quality, discuss requirements, and resolve any issues.· Manage customer expectations and ensure timely order deliveries and collect feedback too.Credit & Collections:· Coordinate with the finance team/accounts payable team for timely collection of payments and follow ups.· Ensure customers operate within approved credit limits and terms.Market Intelligence:· Monitor competitor activities, new product launches, and pricing strategies.· Gather feedback from customers regarding product performance and service satisfaction.· Report market insights and recommend actions to your line manager.Coordination & Reporting:· Coordinate with coordinator and warehouse team to ensure for timely deliveries.· Submit accurate sales reports, market feedback, and journey plans to the line manager on daily/weekly basis.
4. OPERATING ENVIRONMENT· Sales passion, Work under pressure.· Field-based role with frequent customer visits.· May require early morning or late evening calls depending on customer schedule.
5. KEY PERFORMACNE INDICATORS (KPIs):· Achievement of monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.· Achievement quarterly and annual collection targets.· Number of new accounts have opened.· Growth in existing accounts sales.· Customer satisfaction and retention levels.
